Hi! We are Brandy and Chad, proud parents of three energetic kiddos and two pups, who call Charleston home.
Before diving into real estate and hosting, Brandy earned a Master's in Educational Technology and spent 15 years teaching elementary aged students and coaching teachers. Meanwhile, Chad's dreams took him to aviation school, and after earning his Master's in Business, he navigated the corporate world as a Product Manager.
Our story has led us from the heart of the Midwest to foggy San Francisco and finally to Charleston, where we renovated 7 properties in 2 years -- talk about jumping in with both feet! As the proud owners and hands-on operators, there's no middleman here. When you stay with us, you're OUR guests.
